Your complete satisfaction
is very important to me! Deposits are not required. Only when
you have seen and approved a proof of the finished portrait do
I accept payment.
Photos
I work from clear,
sharp, close-up photos with good lighting. Please post me prints
that are 10 x 15cm or larger, or email me high- resolution jpegs
at 200-300 dpi. Please send me your favourite photo of your pet
as the main painting reference, and ideally a few more different
shots, that will give me a good impression of its features. Great
care will be taken of your prints and they will be returned to
you safely with the finished portrait.

Would you like
me to take the photos?
Depending on the
distance from my studio, I am happy to visit you and your pet
and take a series of photos to work from free of charge.
There may be a travel expense, which will be priced accordingly.

Commission Procedure
Simply complete and
send the enquiry form and post or email me your photos
I will get back to you as soon as possible and discuss your commission
requirements in more detail.
Finished Portrait
Preview
For your assurance,
when your portrait is completed, a digital proof will be sent
to you via email. If at all required, any touch ups can then
be made. When you are fully satisfied, payment can be arranged.
The day the payment is recieved the painting is safely packed
flat and sent via prompt delivery with Track and Trace.
