Step 1 - Photos
I work from clear,
sharp, close-up photos with good lighting. Please post me prints
that are 10 x 15cm or larger, or email me high- resolution jpegs
at 200-300 dpi. Please send me your favourite photo of your pet
as the main painting reference, and ideally a few more different
shots, that will give me a good impression of its features. Great
care will be taken of your prints and they will be returned to
you safely with the finished portrait.

Would you like me
to take the photos?
Depending on the distance
from my studio, I am happy to visit you and your pet and take
a series of photos to work from free of charge. There will be
a travel expense if you live outside a 30km radius from where
I live.
Step 2 - Place Your
Order
Simply complete and
send the enquiry form and post or email me your photos.
I will get back to you as soon as possible and discuss your commission
requirements in more detail. No deposit is required.
Step 3 - Finished
Portrait Preview
For your peace of mind,
when your portrait is completed, a digital proof will be sent
to you via email. I am happy to make any amendments if required.
Step 4 – Payment
& Delivery
When you are 100% satisfied,
payment can be arranged. Once payment is received, your artwork
is safely packed flat and sent via prompt delivery with Track
and Trace.
Customer Satisfaction
Your complete satisfaction
is very important. Only when you have seen and approved a proof
of the finished portrait do I accept payment. If for any reason
you are not entirely happy with the finished artwork, you are
under no obligation to accept it.
