| Size - Your pet portrait can be painted any size. Most popular requests are life-size head & shoulders or slightly smaller. | |
| Background - If you prefer not to have a painted background, a paper colour will be selected to best complement your pet. | |
| Subject - Prices listed are for pastel portraits of domestic animals. If you would like to commission a painting of: wildlife, people, flowers, nature or landscape, please enquire for an individual quote. | |
| Portrait Preview - You will be able to preview your portrait online prior to payment and dispatch. If for some reason changes are required to the artwork, this can be done within reason at this stage at no additional fee. | |

Options - If you
are a New Zealand customer - payment can be made either by: bank
transfer, cheque (payable to Vicki Jackson) or by credit card
via PayPal. For all international customers, payment can be made by credit card via PayPal. |

| Framing - All work is supplied unframed, ready for you to make a personal choice at your local framer. | |
| Delivery - The prices listed do not include delivery. Postage and packaging costs are quoted individually and will depend on the size and location. | |
| Gift Vouchers - If it is too late to order a custom portrait as a gift for a special occasion, a gift voucher is the perfect solution. A voucher can be for full payment or can be used towards the cost of a portrait. It can be made out to any value from $100 NZD or more. A free greetings card will be supplied with the voucher. |
